Each is delivered by our own technical team with a single point of accountability.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Types<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract): <\/strong>Scheduled inspections, surface upkeep, equipment checks and planned servicing across a 12 month cycle. For facilities that need consistent performance year round.<\/p>\n<p><strong>QMC (Quarterly Maintenance Contract): <\/strong>Structured quarterly visits covering inspections, minor repairs and condition assessments. Suited to lower intensity facilities or as a supplementary program.<\/p>\n<p><strong>On-Call Maintenance: <\/strong>Responsive technical support for unplanned repairs, damage assessments and urgent interventions.
